We Are One
PLEASE PLAY:
electronic rivers
equalizers
mimic sound waves
flowing through
my veins
and my heart palpitates
can you feel the sound?
through my ears, within my heart.
The dessert sand waves
brushed by the strong wind of God
sin and pain
last breath
and my heart palpitates
can you feel the sound?
from the sun and into the eyes
I see light sounds
from you to me
from me to the ground
see the connect
the universe holds us down
hand with hand planked souls
listen to the preacher on the mount
like electricity running through
we flow.
faucet water spilling all over the floor
we flow.
wine glass smashing into the door
we flow.
birds swooping down to eat the worms
we flow.
bitter cold smacking you in the face
we flow.
you running away towards the west
we flow.
We are not meant to be apart
connect and lets go
rise and build to the sky
from the deep to the stars
we go.
saw you under the apple tree
catching the flow of gravity
over the hill away from everyone else
but I am near you through destiny
from the capitol to the river
your are all and energy
can you feel you next to me?
As we are part of Mr. Mastermind and Mrs. Trickery
mountains are codes and water, part of the design
We are like the Jews
our love will survive
the holocaust
some day I will exhaust
and will be one with the air I breathe
my love for you will flow endlessly.
like the banner waiving in the air
we flow.
the squirrel breaking through the shell
we flow.
the mail man knocking at the door
we flow.
lion running through the dry field
we flow.
rinsing my hands in the flowing river
we flow.
you looking down at me as we make love.
we flow.
the sun burns and the moon patterns
the sky
we were meant to love
to face the crime
against the flow to be happy
we go.
We are one.
Do you believe me?
