Indigenous poetry infused with art. To create, then destroy, then to create again something new.

Take Me To Where I Grow
I climb to there
where here is nowhere
and I is home
and you stretch your hands
to meet me
to pull me
there.
I climb to there
where you are somewhere
and inspire
native dance around fire
like trees prancing
swaying I lean
and sway to you
What is this power?
this fire?
purple and light blue flames
I am lost and found
and I spin round and round
lost in your words
eyes green then yellow
your sound
your sweat
your beat
every step
Thunder and spiders
no more..
I love you.
